Harvest Time Deliverance & Fellowship Center exists to raise up effective leader for the 21st century and beyond.  To declare, effectively communicate and apply the relevant biblical message of the Good News of the Kingdom of God in its present and future dispensation to a future generation with the ministry of reconciliation to our loving Creator God helping them become His disciples and releasing them to influence their world.
